This page should not be speedily deleted because... (If this article is deleted, a huge number of other articles would also need to be deleted. An Rinn is a setelement with a populatuon of over one thousand people, larger that many hundreds, if not thousands of other places that have articles on Wikipedia. An Rinn is also a Gaeltacht area, which adds to its significnace as there is special interest in the linguistic charistics of this area because it has an impact on the future development of the Irish language. The area also has significance in the folklore tradition of Ireland with the area being a source of and containing a large collection of folklore from County Waterford. There is also a strong literary and musical tradition in the area. Deleting this article rather than allowing it to be developed further simply makes no sense. I'm scratching my head as to why it was even suggested to be honest) --Críostóir Ó Faoláin (talk) 21:19, 23 January 2016 (UTC)
