Should the Single-deck bus and Rigid bus be merge because the article a bit same 138.75.127.29 (talk) 19:15, 22 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Support. The articles are almost identical. Also, they have similar scope which is best covered in one article. Single-deck bus should be merged to Rigid bus. Mast303 (talk) 04:50, 3 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Oppose single-vs-double and rigid-vs-articulated are separate concepts (we have at least four articles on the specific types of each concept). It's quite possible that there is content that should be re-organized/consolidated or shuffled among the various articles based on those different distinctions. Oppose. As DMacks notes, single-deck buses can be articulated and rigid buses can be double-deck. Equally I agree that there's a good chance that a number of bus-related articles could be re-organised, but I would want to see a more comprehensive plan for that before making a judgement. Soft oppose Although looking at and agreeing with the points made by opposing parties, Single-deck bus is way too UK-centric and should be broadened to a global scope. Aren't most buses in the world single-decks? Hullian111 (talk) 23:54, 4 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
