This article did not clear anything up for me. :(

Merge?

Rigid body covers rigid body motion; I see no point in having a separate article. Strangely, the "body" article is fleshed out but the "motion" article is a stub; yet the only real motivation for defining rigid bodies is to consider their motion. --KSmrq^T 06:34, 16 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
