Hawaiian rift zones
[edit]I've been searching today for some good web references about Hawaiian rift zones, but I can't seem to find any that deal directly with the subject that are professional and sufficiently extensive. The stub was written from my personal knowledge which I've gained from books I own but that are currently several states away in an attic. I'd appreciate any help finding references that anyone can offer; I'm sure there must be at least a few, as the material covered thus far in this stub is well-established, uncontroversial, and highly important for understanding of the behavior of Hawaiian volcanoes. But, I'm not the most skillful googler in the world. Everything I've found so far simply assumes the reader already knows about rift zones, or expects readers to pick up a clear idea from context - not direct explanations. Thanks.
