[edit]The locator dot I think may be way off here...I use IE but maybe it is more accurate on a different brower. Right now, the locator is in Oregon. Jus a small tweak is necessary.--MONGO 20:30, 1 May 2006 (UTC)
- I moved the dot two units north and one unit east. The problem is that it displays differently in different browsers. The new location looks ok to me with IE (Windows XP Pro) and IE (OS 10.4). It is a bit too far north (north of Longview, Washington) with Safari (OS 10.4). How does it look now? Walter Siegmund (talk) 22:56, 1 May 2006 (UTC)
- Yeah...that is the same issue I had before...it is fine, but one of these related NWR, the dot on my IE was in another state...I wonder if there is a way to adjust this in the software? Probably not. Nice job though.--MONGO 01:01, 2 May 2006 (UTC)
- Thank you for catching the problem and verifying the correction. Probably the only foolproof solution is to create the map with the dot when it is requested. I suspect that would be quite far down on the programming priority queue, however. Walter Siegmund (talk) 01:25, 2 May 2006 (UTC)
