Racketeering acronym moved to top

The acronym Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) is much better known (at least in the U.S.) than the other definitions here. I moved it to the top. LaTeeDa (talk) 01:18, 18 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
