Are the RPRC and the Western Plant Services/Western Rail Switching the same? (WRAX

I tend to think that RPRC is the Richmond Harbor area whereas the WPSX/WRAX serves the Chevron Refinery in Richmond. Anyone in the know? Rhallanger 06:45, 23 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]
