Cahill election loss

After the statement "When Cahill lost his bid for re-election as Governor (due to the Watergate scandal's nationwide impact on Republicans)" @Pookinese: added the comment "This is inaccurate. Cahill lost in the Republican primary to a more conservative Republican, Charles Sandman".
