While it certainly seems Paey has been mistreated, the article also leaks a lot of the authors' indignation. -anon
I think the article should include the pressure that was put on Paey when he started talking to journalists about his case. As the CBS article states he was moved to another prison 200 miles away from his family after his first interview with the NYT, and he was told the state would not allow his morphine pump to be refilled.
