Notability tag

I accept that it doesn't tell us much about this man at present, but I should think that being both a Lord Mayor of York and an MP for York during the 16th century, both categories in which there are continuity templates active, probably does bring him within the general arena of notability. Admittedly his notice in History of Parliament is a short one, but he is a person noted in historical sources and a sufficient landowner to deserve a little attention - I.M.O.
