So I noticed that until yesterday, Brody was listed as an Atheist. Evidently prompted by a recent article he wrote, this was changed to Jewish. I initially thought this to be a troll edit made in spite but a source from The New York Times was provided, which does indeed state that Brody identified as Jewish until at least 1993, when the article about him was written, and was likely raised as such.
I don't personally know the answer, but I put the two pieces together in the article (described as Jewish in '93, has since identified as Atheist). Hopefully it suffices, but I'll add more info later if I can find it. (I am a fan of his writing.) Laikedits (talk) 19:51, 12 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
