I think adding more facts to the article would be great, but what would really expand the article nicely would be a summary of Sharpe's advocacy and scholarship. For example, see the way selected works are not just listed but are described at Emi Nakamura (one of the most distinguished researchers of her generation).--EAWH (talk) 12:34, 29 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I'm planning to create a page for WISER, the organization Sharpe created. I've been in contact with Sharpe herself and believe I have all public information on the organization to date. This article does a good job presenting a comprehensive account without presenting bias one way or another. I’d suggest revising the lead section to say more about her specific areas of focus. I think this article has gotten to a good place in terms of foundation. It covers some really interesting aspects of Sharpe's career which I appreciate being made public! Is it possible to find more sources to contribute to the article? I know they may be scarce, but more scholarship/information could round out various sections. I'm thinking publications by Sharpe and by WISER could be discussed at some length in the career section. Overall, nice work; the writing flows well and is very information-rich.
