Added history
[edit]This article incorrectly claimed that the PCR was founded in 1995. It was actually founded in 1966 but had merged with MR-8 for a few years which explains the confusion. The PCR was fairly active during the years of the military dictatorship, so I was surprised to see no mention of it. I completed a fairly thorough history of the party. If anyone has any concerns, feel free to ask. It could use an ideology section, although there is nothing ideologically that distinguishes it from other anti-revisionist parties in the ICMLPO so it could be redundant.
