Isn't this article completely back-to-front? The presumption of advancement was an exception to the presumption of resulting trust, not the other way round. In any event the presumption of advancement was abolished by section 199 Equality Act 2010 (not certain that this is yet in force)? Cyclopaedic (talk) 15:30, 14 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
