Why is residualstress.com not a legitimate EL? It is non-commercial. What specifically is the exact issue with the link. Please give your reply in your words not a copy of the wikipedia rules as they are quite ambiguous. Rjd2008 (talk) 20:10, 15 April 2009 (UTC)
