Difference with resident representative

Cannot find what the difference is between a UN Resident Representative and that of UN Resident Coordinator. On several UN pages, the term seems to be used interchangeably. Also, the term Country Director seems to be below the Resident Rep/Resident Coordinator position. Verification is needed.
