Sinclair Bey?

Does anyone know anything about the role of Sinclair Bey (aka Stanislas Graham Bower Saint Clair) in the republic? He was a British man serving the Turks, who seems to have been important in all this. www.penguin.se/uploads/products/product_pdf_606.pdf There is a Bulgarian page about him but the English version doesn't seem to exist, although I have found links to it onlinePignut (talk) 11:59, 25 August 2015 (UTC) ·[reply]
