"Within the Rugrats cartoon itself, Reptar falls in love with Cara, a cartoon adored by the main characters," ... this doesn't seem right, though I don't remember too much about rugrats so I'm hesitant to change it myself. That section is extremely confusing, as it just mentions random events and references characters without any context. I'm not a big Rugrats fan, so I have no idea what the actual story is.
