Dubious - recorded the complete works of Heitor Villa-Lobos
[edit]Seems hard to believe the uncited statement "In the early seventies, he recorded the complete works of Heitor Villa-Lobos with the Orchestre National de France", given that the article for Villa-Lobos states "A prolific composer, he wrote numerous orchestral, chamber, instrumental and vocal works, totaling over 2000 works by his death in 1959."
The source fr.wiki article for Challan makes this same statement, but it too does not have a citation to back it up.
Did René Challan and the Orchestre National de France truly make these 2,000 recordings? Jmg38 (talk) 00:06, 21 July 2020 (UTC)
