I must admit that having article claim there are no Muslims in the country and then have the article describe the makeup of the Muslim community is a bit jarring so I double checked the sources. I don't completely trust the The World Factbook but its figures of "Roman Catholic 33.1%, Awakening Churches/Christian Revival 22.3%, Protestant 19.9%, Salutiste 2.2%, Muslim 1.6%, Kimbanguiste 1.5%, other 8.1%, none 11.3% (2007 est.)" ("Congo, Republic of the". The World Factbook. Central Intelligence Agency. 2023-12-06. Retrieved 2024-01-03.). ARDA which draws from several sources (it is a repository of sources) but in this article the figures used are from the World Religion Database (which I also don't trust). However the sub numbers for Christians don't make sense; they add up to 93.88% while the total number of Christians is suppose to add up to 89.32% (this is far beyond an issue of rounding errors). I modified the pie chart to just use the percentage for Christians and also the reference to indicate it is from the World Religion Database. Another source is US State department report on religious freedom https://www.state.gov/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/441219-CONGO-REP-2022-INTERNATIONAL-RELIGIOUS-FREEDOM-REPORT.pdf though it mostly gives numbers from 2012 government surveys of the native-born population.
