NCCIH page on relaxation

[edit]

Very good discussion on nih.gov: https://nccih.nih.gov/health/stress/relaxation.htm

I'm concerned about this article, since it has some dubious claims. It'd be great to discuss whether relaxation is a measurable physical state or a harder-to-measure psychological one.

The article says:

Studies have shown that in addition to reducing physiological and psychological stresses placed on your body, individuals who practice meditation have much fewer doctor visits for both physical and psychological illnesses.[8]

I see issues in this sentence and I suggest its removal.
