About the name
[edit]While no source addresses this, I find it possible that the last name is a corruption of Hikman. There are existing cases where the G/H confusion can already be found (Helsingfors vs. Gelsingfors, Hatsina vs. Gattchina), so it does seem plausible. Of course I have no proof of this being the case. --Prospero One (talk) 18:16, 17 November 2021 (UTC)
