Confusion with CPR statement

The CPR, although it is true that it does referr to this legislation, can also refer to Common provisions regulation. I'm not sure if to remove that statement because it makes it a bit confusing. However since there is no article that i know of which refers to this legislation i don't know what to do. PErhaps someone more familiar with this article can take that decision.
