Dilhorne?
[edit]Why is he called "Dilhorne" repeatedly rather than Manningham-Buller? Is this in the style guide? I've never seen it before... usually WP uses surnames, even of those with titles. Malick78 (talk) 20:59, 15 May 2012 (UTC)
