Regensburg University of Applied Sciences is not a university

As the name suggests, Regensburg University of Applied Sciences is not a university, but rather a University of Applied Sciences(Fachhochschule). Universities and universities of applied sciences are both Hochschulen, i.e. higher educational establishments.
