I'm not sure this is the best name for the article. Is there some document that calls it a "Reference Marker" (as a proper noun) and not a "reference marker"? --TMF Let's Go Mets - Stats 23:54, 25 November 2007 (UTC)
- I don't have a problem with changing the capitalization of the article's name. I still think that starting with "NYSDOT" is the better way to go. If a capitalization change can be done without creating a new article and deleting this one, it's fine with me. I still wonder if the "R" would be capitalized as it's the first word after the acronym, or if that's a moot point. Fwgoebel (talk) 00:01, 26 November 2007 (UTC)
1. Emotional Appeal: This technique is about making people have strong feelings when they see the ad. Advertisers do this by showing how the product or service relates to experiences that are sentimental or easy to understand.
