Notability
[edit]Per the notability guidelines from Wikiproject Kickboxing: From March 1, 2022 onward: fought for a world title of a major organization or promotion (ISKA, Glory, K-1/Krush, RISE, ONE, WLF, WAKO-Pro or ISKA). Have been ranked in the world top 10 by a major, preferably two, independent publication that meets the definition of a reliable source fought for a Lumpinee, Rajadamnern, WMC, WBC Muaythai title, or won the Fighter of the year award.
Reda meets this requirement because he holds a world title from ISKA. He is also ranked in the top 10 category by the WBC Muay Thai. ParisParisLV (talk) 22:22, 20 June 2024 (UTC)
As I mentioned in my earlier post, Reda Oudgou meets the notability guidelines written by Wikipedia:WikiProject Martial arts/Kickboxing task force. The task force said "A kickboxing athlete is presumed notable if they've: From March 1, 2022 onward: fought for a world title of a major organization or promotion (ISKA, Glory, K-1/Krush, RISE, ONE, WLF, WAKO-Pro or ISKA). Have been ranked in the world top 10 by a major, preferably two, independent publication that meets the definition of a reliable source fought for a Lumpinee, Rajadamnern, WMC, WBC Muaythai title, or won the Fighter of the year award."
Reda meets that requirement because he fought for an ISKA world championship and became an ISKA world champion. I have also added more information to improve the article. ParisParisLV (talk) 03:38, 2 July 2024 (UTC)
