Interestingly, the branch to Chaffee was built in 1893 by an earlier RRV&W, which was immediately sold to the Saint Paul, Minneapolis and Manitoba Railway, that company being sold to the Great Northern Railway in 1907. --NE2 02:06, 27 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
