The situation with same-sex marriage in Nepal is unclear
[edit]If someone can find an official source that states same-sex marriage is permitted Nepal then fine, but otherwise same-sex marriage has not been recognised by the government. Some regional authorities have permitted various types of same-sex marriage such as one between transgenders, and the courts have recognised the right of some foreign married same-sex couples to spousal visas, but that is it as far as I know.
