In what way is Reasoning From the Scriptures a "Bible encyclopedia?" It does not claim to be. It claims to be a recruitment and proselytizing "handbook," and is also referred to in the publications as a "training manual" for the field ministry. It is never referred to as "an encyclopedia" by the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society. Comparison to Insight on the Scriptures is badly informed.
It is an instruction manual on major doctrines of the religion and a source of reasoning points as well as secular and scripture references for use in discussion of doctrines.

- I agree. If the article said it was an encyclopedia, then it was wrong. The Insight books are the only ones that even try to pass as an encyclopedia. The Reasoning book is nowhere remotely close.Tommstein 01:11, 27 October 2005 (UTC)

Article states that the publication has 446 pages. This is unlikely because a) quires in JW books are generally multiples of 8, due to the printing processes employed. b) A section starting on page 445 does not seem to leave much room for discussing 85 scriptures. These reasons suggest that 456 might be the correct number of pages. Can someone with the publication please verify and correct if necessary.--Jeffro77 (talk) 16:45, 30 September 2008 (UTC)
