Source of Mennell's work

For what it's worth, the article heavily quotes Philip Mennell's 1892 Dictionary of Australasian Biography. I've just noticed that the bio of Reader Wood comes word-for-word from the 1886 Men of Mark of New Zealand by Alfred Cox. Schwede 66 23:41, 23 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
