I found a source for the origin of Raytown (which seems contested somewhere else), however Wikipedia will not allow me to put it in because of a "spam filter".

I remember a TV movie called Eunice back in the 80s that was actually dramatic and focused around the death of Mama (Thelma). In the write up in TV Guide, Raytown (possibly spelled Raetown), was located in Texas.
