@Alexandersam: Qoshqarbaev was first to raise it at the building (in the opera hall, not the roof). First person to raise it on the roof did so at night with Qoshqarbaev nearby, and later a different group of people raise the flag with Yevgeny Khaldei. Confusing? Absolutely.
