As a Ranidu fan,

Ranidu never released singles. The person who made the article has no idea about what a single is. Also Ranidu entered his career in 2006, not 2003. Every source in the internet is unreliable. Ranidu is not a singer as his batchmate is Iraj (rapper) and he is a rapper. Ranidu is not considered a singer as he doesn't have a musical voice.
