When did the massive redevelopment happen?
[edit]A large section from Randolph (east of Allen to Harrison) has nearly identical suburban style houses, a huge constrast to the Byrd Park and Oregon Hill neighbourhoods. It looks like the original buildings were all torn down and replaced all at once by the same developer.
