Article should link to/specify Francisco Sepulveda II

The article only mentions 'Francisco Sepulveda, soldier and citizen of Los Angeles'. It originally linked to Francisco Sepulveda II, but that page seems to have been deleted so now redirects to the Sepulveda Family Page. That page has Francisco Xavier Sepulveda at the top, originally a mexican soldier. This heavily implies that the land was granted to Francisco Xavier Sepulveda, who was not alive at the time.
