Lead
  • I'd remove "Kapoor promotes humanitarian causes, and is the vice-captain of a charitable celebrity soccer club" from the lead as it seems trivial to me, especially nearer the top.
  • Maybe mention "Kapoor is vocal about issues faced by women and is the goodwill ambassador of Shabana Azmi's Mijwan Welfare Society, an NGO which helps empower women" at the bottom of the lead.
Done. But I wonder why particularly mention this one, as he is the ambassador of other charities too. --smarojit HD 13:04, 10 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Perhaps then say ""Kapoor is vocal about issues faced by women and is the goodwill ambassador of Shabana Azmi's Mijwan Welfare Society and numerous other charities."?
Thanks, done. --smarojit HD 13:14, 10 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Early life
  • New York . New York City? Mumbai is linked, I'd link it too as well.
Done.
  • "In an interview with CNN-IBN, Kapoor confessed that his main motive to assist on the film was to make sure that Bhansali likes him enough to cast him as an actor for his next project." i'd reword it as "In an interview with CNN-IBN, Kapoor confessed that his main motive for assisting on the film was to ensure that Bhansali liked him enough to cast him as an actor for his next project."
Done.
Hahah!! Have you seen it?--smarojit HD 13:04, 10 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Nope but I began on the A-Z of missing Indian films and once tried to create a lot of articles beginning with Aa!♦ Dr. ☠ Blofeld 13:08, 10 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Career
  • Can you elaborate a little on what his debut role was as the protagonist in Saawariya? What sort of film/character?
Added information.
Yeah, it is pretty unusual. Should that be mentioned?
You could say that he won three Filmfare Critics Award for Best Actor awards back-to-back for his performances in the films which would make a bit more of a thing of it.13:10, 10 August 2013 (UTC)
Actually he did not win three awards. He won one award jointly for the three films.
  • "was inspired by the Indian epic The Mahabharata and Mario Puzo's 1969 novel The Godfather" -citation needed.
Added.
  • I'd like to see a fully negative quote about his performance in Anjaana Anjaani. A little concerned with the lack of critical quotes in the career section, I'm sure he's very popular but I'd certainly expect to see 2 or 3 for neutrality purposes.
I understand, and as much as I tried to find few negative reviews, there really weren't any. Anyway, I added one negative review that I could find of Anjaana Anjaani. Most critics hated the film, but still had good things to say about him. --smarojit HD 13:04, 10 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Fair enough.♦ Dr. ☠ Blofeld 13:10, 10 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Okay, found another negative review for Rajneeti. Mentioned it. :) --smarojit HD 13:12, 10 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Looks in good shape overall, let me know when you've addressed the points!♦ Dr. ☠ Blofeld 12:36, 10 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
