Died on 17 February of an unknown year?

I found a Facebook post about Avtar which says that he died on 17 February, but no year is given (although it was no later than 17 February 2020) -https://www.facebook.com/TimelessIndianMelodies/photos/remembering-yesteryear-actor-ram-avtar-on-his-death-anniversary-he-is-best-known/4108834985816729/.
