Inappropriate redirection of Ralph Wolfe Cowan.
[edit]It is necessary to un-redirect Ralph Wolfe Cowan in order to allow a proper bio page for this noted American portrait artist. It currently redirects to one of his paintings.
I was about to add details of his passing (9/4/2018) only to find that not possible, and also not possible to create a page while the redirect is in effect.
Ralph's portraiture bio alone reads like a who's who A list. I believe he deserves a page. The Sultan of Brunei, King Fahd, King Hassan II, President Shaikh Zayed of the Emirates, the Royal Family of Monaco, Mikhail Gorbachev, U.S. Presidents Reagan, Carter, Johnson, Kennedy. and Trump, and the only Elvis commissioned portrait, the only portrait Elvis ever allowed to hang in Graceland. He painted six album covers, Johnny Mathis, Debbie Reynolds, Liz Taylor, Ava Gardener, Michael Jackson, Kenny Rogers.
Dekimasu and Andrewa were kind enough to help expedite another recent page change request of mine. I do not anticipate a lengthy discussion, and this type of edit is beyond my reach.

- With respect to the above, the page was edited to reflect a proper bio rather than a redirect to one painting. Likely no furter action necessary here. Ssaco (talk) 19:54, 5 September 2018 (UTC)
The problem appears to have been this edit, which appears to have been undiscussed, and was IMO inappropriate as you say. We are all learners here. Thanks for the heads-up. Andrewa (talk) 20:08, 5 September 2018 (UTC)
