I doubt this person existed. The story was considered a fairy tale and there are some major problems with it that make it unlikely to be historical fact. The source I looked at indicated that Alfonso X did not mention her, it was not until Sancho IV. As such, and based on that source, I've indicated in the article the scholarly question as to if she really existed. 1bandsaw (talk) 22:42, 30 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]
