The pitiful state of the article at present doesn't do justice to it – this was a very important development in the history of Colombia, as well as its radio and educational histories, as evidenced by articles in El Tiempo, El Espectador and Semana, among other sources, and a 2015 exhibition at the National Museum and a 2017 exhibition at the Luis Angel Arango Library in Bogota. This definitely needs expansion. However, I think José Joaquin Salcedo Guarin could easily be merged and redirected into this article, as the two are almost identical in content and per WP:BIO1E.
