Contested deletion
[edit]This page should not be speedily deleted as long as a requested move discussion is going on at Talk:Radical right (United States). There is more than one article that may be meant by radical right and it is not obvious that the American radical right is the primary topic – ergo, there should be a dab page. --RJFF (talk) 12:14, 28 June 2015 (UTC)
- The correct procedure is to reverse the change made without discussion and if you think it should be moved to set up a move discussion. Ir makes sense that you should explain why it should be moved rather than me explain why it should not be moved. In the meantime, there are dozens of links that now link to a disambiguation page, requiring editors to change them.[1]TFD (talk) 15:08, 28 June 2015 (UTC)
- I checked all links pointing to Radical right just after I moved the article. I have fixed all links that refered to either the American radical right or the radical right in Europe. But some links refer to a concept of radical right that is covered in neither of the articles. But pointing to a disambiguation page is better than pointing to a wrong article. Until yesterday there were about 20 links (not including template transclusions) pointing to Radical right that actually did not refer to the American radical right at all. None of the links (from article name space) that still link here refer to the American radical right. I have not fixed the links from talk pages because it is not usual to do linkfixes in other users' old discussion posts. --RJFF (talk) 19:49, 28 June 2015 (UTC)
