Japanese, modern distinctions

Can someone please translate this [1] (竜と龍) section of Japan's Wikipedia? It seems to indicate that the two dragon glyphs diverge somewhat, but it's too dense / self-similar for me to follow.--172.243.161.115 (talk) 22:38, 24 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
