This is a publicly traded, Fortune 500 Company and deserves to be listed, just as McDonalds and Burger king does. thanks, j Juaky (talk) 19:20, 1 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

At this point it appears to be a standard non-notable company entry. Can you add some 3rd party references to the article to establish notability? Rob Banzai (talk) 19:38, 1 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Ive added some links to reputable articles. Please suggest anything else i can do. Thanks, jJuaky (talk) 20:00, 1 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I would severely trim down the list of clients. It's just a big ol' block at this point. Perhaps pick the most notable five? You would want the bulk of the article to be information about the subject and right now the list is at least 75% of the total content. Rob Banzai (talk) 20:08, 1 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Ive trimmed down the customers and added company logo. Thoughts? Juaky (talk) 20:35, 1 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Also "Systems" in the Page title needs to be captilized. Can you do that? Juaky (talk) 20:37, 1 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I believe that would require making a new page. You could just copy this one to it and then put a CSD "speedy delete" request to remove this one with the mis-capitalized title.Rob Banzai (talk) 20:57, 1 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

updated and added more info including liks. just checked, not a fortune 500 company.Juaky (talk) 02:15, 2 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

please remove "speedy deletion" or provide other instructions. Also how do we categorize it?Juaky (talk) 13:02, 2 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

2009 Lawsuit

[edit]

There is no mention of the lawsuits filed against Radiant Systems in 2009. This is a major point of interest in the Information Security industry, specifically the PCI DSS service area. This can be proven by Google-ing 'radiant systems lawsuit': http://www.google.com/search?q=radiant+systems+lawsuit

I am not condemning nor advocating Radiant Systems, merely indicating that they are near the center of what was an important series of events to a business industry. Many professionals in this industry don't know of Radiant except for this lawsuit. I am not sure, but I do not believe the suit has been resolved at this time; however, the fact remains that this is a significant event in this companies history and should be recorded here.

It had already been mentioned, but it was removed by someone without explanation in April. I was on a break so hadn't noticed it, but have now replaced the section. Thanks for pointing it out. Smartse (talk) 15:28, 7 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
