The mother may have been Elizabeth Caines, born on St. Christopher's island, the daughter of Colonel Charles Caines. She may have died in 1774 at Hampton, Virginia. I cannot find any good sources for this, but perhaps someone else can do better.–CaroleHenson (talk) 01:59, 10 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
