Hi I guess it's clear that I'm just getting started writing for wikipedia. Thank you for pointing out the correct way of titling articles. I'm also getting used to the idea of what makes someone notable.I like the suggestion of merging Rachel with her father Dave Ramsey who I see is notable. If you still think that's a good idea, let me know and I'll do that.

In the meantime I will keep trying to create articles that are OK for Wiki.
