Applications other than employee compensation

[edit]

Rabbi trusts also exist and are applied in mergers and acquisitions settings where one company buying another will set aside part of the payment to protect the purchasing company against any breaches of warranty by ensuring the purchasing company may retain the withheld portion of the purchase price. I will edit the article on this bit of information.EECavazos (talk) 20:25, 12 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Secular trust

[edit]

I am trying to figure out whether a secular trust should be mentioned in passing or if a separate article on secular trusts should be created with passing mention to that article to contrast Rabbi trusts.EECavazos (talk) 21:04, 12 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

== Class == I upgraded the class of this article from stub to start because further content was added and it was organized further. However, it needs more content on history and impact.EECavazos (talk) 21:03, 12 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
