Removed a whole bunch of the cons that had no basis for being there. Nonsense items that had no citations to evidence supporting them and I suspect were put there by someone who is against a ROWE environment.

- It would have helped if you had left information countering the negative instead of going mad with the delete key, because I came here looking to see if what David Whatley said on Slashdot made any sense. This article is full of nothing. And since David Whatley has not countered any of the criticisms launched in his direction, I have to conclude that ROWE is just management snake-oil. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.195.128.195 (talk) 00:44, 13 January 2012 (UTC)
What *is* ROWE?
[edit]I'm still not enlightened. How about an example of a the KPIs/measures for a couple of staff from Best Buy? Without understand what the metrics are, it's a bit hard to understand how a ROWE really works. All the articles I can Google say the same thing "ROWE = results instead of hours" but don't actually explain how it works in any concrete way. 60.224.179.154 (talk) 06:23, 12 December 2010 (UTC)
It's has a lot to do with intrinsic motivation, I googled ROWE from a TED Talk (http://www.ted.com/talks/dan_pink_on_motivation.html) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 96.252.221.41 (talk) 02:11, 15 April 2013 (UTC)
