This reads way to much as a marketing synopsis, it has lots of unchecked claims and uncited references. Release date

The official movie website (http://www.rfkmustdie.com) claims that the US theatrical release of the film was on June 2nd, 2008 , not on June 5th - the fortieth anniversary of the shooting - as is claimed in the article. However, if you follow another link on that site, to http://rfkmustdie.bravenewtheaters.com/ , it claims there that the release was indeed on June 5th. IMDB seems to have no information either way.
