Why did you revert my changes to the first paragraph and inclusion of a picture? This page could really use at least some picture, and i don't have a picture of the school. 66.210.186.171 02:19, 27 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Who of the Toadies went to Paschal? Todd Lewis and Lisa Umbarger went to McLean Middle School due to its magnet program, but they went on to Western Hills High School, not Paschal. Cbellomy (talk) 07:02, 9 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Reorganization

[edit]

The way the Notable Alumni section is written and organized makes it difficult to know the chronological order of the alumni. The entries of the alumni should include the year they graduated and should be organized in order of those years. It should also include a brief description of what field they were in or what they did to make navigation easier. YarP3r07 (talk) 17:24, 22 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

More diversity

[edit]

Seeking out notable alumni of different races, genders, and backgrounds will improve the reflection of Paschal High School and its graduates over the decades. Their different stories and accomplishments can help influence many students. YarP3r07 (talk) 17:28, 22 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Adding lesser-known alumni

[edit]

Many of the alumni in this section are in fields where they became well-known. Although this itself is an accomplishment, there should also be inclusion of lesser-known alumni. Featuring impactful alumni like teachers, community leaders, etc, should be a consideration. They may not be famous, but they should be included in the Notable Alumni for impacting students and others in their community. YarP3r07 (talk) 17:35, 22 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Adding J. Andy Sullivan

[edit]

Andy Sullivan held a degree in zoology from Texas A&M and received his MD from Washington University. He was a chairman for the Department of Orthopedic Surgery and Rehabilitation at the Health Sciences Center, University of Oklahoma. Aldrich72 (talk) 00:11, 23 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Adding Dr. Rebekah Ann Naylor

[edit]

Rebekah Ann Naylor, who graduated Paschal High School in 1960, was the first woman to graduate from the surgical residency program at UT Southwestern. She was a medical missionary in India and helped develop Bangalore Baptist Hospital. She then served as its administrator and surgeon. There are many students at Paschal who are interested in the medical field and having Dr. Naylor, part of the Notable Alumni, can bring more attention to her. She makes a great role model for students who are interested in the same field. YarP3r07 (talk) 02:52, 24 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
